Some values change based on other factors in a lab and therefore cannot have a general constant value. For these values, we have provided them in the lab specifically. Click the information button in your lab to view other specific values needed in your calculations.

  1. Log into Carmen and go into your Chemistry Course.
  2. Select Modules from the left-hand menu.

  1. Find the Laboratory Module. Within this module, under the Header “Useful Resources” is the Link “Chemistry 1110/1210/1220 LabRight Course (Lab Manual).” Click this.

  1. Scroll down and click the bright red “Load Chemistry 1110/1210/1220 LabRight Course (Lab Manual) in a new window.”

  1. This will bring up the Lab Section Form, click to “Start.”

  1. Enter your LAB section number. You can find this by going to Buckeye Link, find your schedule, and copy the LABORATORY section number from the “Class Nbr” column. Please refer to the screenshot below for guidance, use the value in the green box. DO NOT copy the Lecture class or section number.

  1. Copy this number and paste it into the input field, replacing what is already there with your number.

  1. Click Update. A green checkmark should appear to the right of the Update button. If you do not see this, you did not correctly update your number.

  1. You can exit out of the tab you had open with the Lab Section Form.
